We charge a $69.99 in-home diagnostic fee.Our technician will inspect your appliance, identify the exact problem, and provide a clear repair estimate. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you only pay the diagnostic fee — no hidden charges.

Unlike companies that offer “free diagnostics” and add surprise costs later, we perform a complete and accurate diagnosis so the repair is done right the first time. This fee covers our time, expertise, and testing, and is non-refundable once the technician arrives.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, any prepaid diagnostic fee will be fully refunded.

Note: Diagnostic fees may be up to $125 if the technician determines the equipment requires a more complex diagnostic.
